• Hold metatarsal sleeve from both sides and pull gently over the forefoot, ensuring the hole is towards the big toe
• Make sure the sleeve is not twisted and is placed correctly to achieve the maximum benefits
• To maintain the correct fit, avoid stretching the sleeve excessively
